DATES & LOCATIONS
The presbytery holds four stated meetings each year, normally on the 3rd Tuesday of the months of February, May, September and November. (Feb/Nov meeting usually begin at 10am, with May/Sept beginning at 3pm). The November meeting shall be the annual meeting of the corporation. Special meetings may be called upon notice being sent at least ten days in advance to each minister and to the session of every church.

Open Spaces will begin at 2:00 PM before the start of the meeting.
Registration will be in South Hallway at 1:30 pm
Meal: Served at 5:30 PM
Menu: Sarah’s Salad, Company Chicken, Rice, Green Beans & Pimento’s, Assorted Fruit Pies. Drinks: water, iced tea, lemonade, and coffee

Parking is available off of Jefferson Street and Maple Avenue (one way going east) South side of the church building. Parking is also available across the street at Wassenburg Art Museum Parking lot (if other lots are full). There is some street parking on Maple Avenue, West Crawford Street, by the church. We will have assistance helping with parking.
