Stated Meetings Info

DATES & LOCATIONS

The presbytery holds four stated meetings each year, normally on the 3rd Tuesday of the months of February, May, September and November. (Feb/Nov meeting usually begin at 10am, with May/Sept beginning at 3pm).  The November meeting shall be the annual meeting of the corporation. Special meetings may be called upon notice being sent at least ten days in advance to each minister and to the session of every church.

May 20, 2025 – @ 3pm – FPC Van Wert

September 16, 2025 – @ 3pm – Cadmus Presbyterian Church, Adrian, MI

November 18, 2025 – @10am – FPC Perrysburg

Below is information regarding the November 14th Stated Presbytery Meeting in Findlay. Information about lunch and more is in the ANNOUNCEMENT.

The deadline for lunch reservations is November 6, 2023 (2 weeks from tomorrow!) Please respond as soon as possible.

Maumee Valley Presbytery’s next Stated Meeting is Tuesday, November 14 at 10 AM. We look forward to seeing you at First Presbyterian Church, Findlay, 2330 S. Main St. Findlay, OH 45840.

The DEADLINE for LUNCH RESERVATIONS is Monday, November 6, 11:59 PM. To make your reservation email: info@findlayfpc.org or call the church office: 419-423-2112. The cost of the meal is $12. Please pay by cash or check at registration. The menu is: smoked pulled pork and chicken, baked beans, and salads provided by members of Enon Valley, Ottawa, Bluffton, and FPC Findlay, with Dietsch’s ice cream for dessert.

Registration begins at 9:30 AM, the meeting convenes at 10 AM, lunch is at noon, the meeting continues at 1 PM and Open Spaces is from 2:30-3:30 PM.
